Nigerian Folk Art Collection

This collection was initiated by Mr. Charles E. Simpson, father of Roderick E. Simpson in 1939 and added to by Robert Vassar in the 1960's. Two tribes are represented. Yoruba and Hausa tribal artifacts are housed in the Historic "Pythian Castle" located at 30 East Idaho Street in downtown Weiser, Idaho.
